We develop a discrete energy estimate for a phase-field model describing a ternary mixture of two immiscible fluids (air and water) and surfactants, using the Discrete Duality Finite Volume method, which handles non-linear diffusive problems on general mesh configurations while preserving key properties of the continuous formulation.
